An institutional building on a tight urban plot — a cantilevered facade sign, a yellow stair spine climbing the elevation, and a covered forecourt that borrows the street as its lobby.

A college building for a narrow urban site: the brief asked for maximum identity on a minimal frontage. The elevation carries the institution’s sign as a cantilevered crown, while a perforated screen and a yellow stair spine give the facade depth without costing floor area.
At the ground level, a covered forecourt extends the entry into the street — benches, planters and a water edge make the waiting space public rather than residual.
